How many kids do you have? Seems like every other week you are having a “Happy Birthday” post! (j/k). Your son is a great subject. I hope my daughters are that complaint when they get that age (what am I saying? they aren’t allowed to be 15). My favorite part of the portrait is the focused sharp eye behind the fretboard of the guitar (that’s one cool inlay in that guitar too!).
Ahahahaha, funny Brandon! 😀 The odd thing is, in my family, all the birthdays are either in the last half of July or the first two weeks in November. That means, no more birthday posts till July (whew, you’re safe)! About your daughters, I totally agree with you, mine aren’t allowed to turn 15 either! 😉
This is one of many guitars he has. It’s from an acoustic Ibanez which he picked up this summer.
Happy Birthday Devon! Nice shot David. How quickly they grow… my baby Kyle will be 17 in a couple of weeks. I really like these portraits of Devon. He is one handsome looking kid. Perhaps, he should think about modeling if he is tall enough.
Dev is 6’1″ and growing!! You know, I never thought about modeling, I’ll see what he thinks about it…I am sure I will get a “uhhh…cool”, you know, a typical 15yo answer! 😀
