Calm Before The…

I took a little trip out to Kayak Point (a park here in Washington) today with every intention of taking some pictures. I (cause it’s a lazy Saturday) took my time getting out there not realizing it was going to cost me $7 to park. Normally, no big deal but today, I planned on being at the actual park for only about a 1/2 hour…yea, not well spent if you ask me! One of the reasons it took me so long to get out there was that I was exploring the area, taking side roads, following them till they ended kinda deal! One of the side roads produced this lovely view.

About the photo, the thing I really like about this are the different types of clouds, you have your big puffy ones waaayyyy in the back and then the “all mixed together nasty looking kinda rain cloud”ย  over the water. Thank goodness I am no meteorologist eh?. Okay, the reflections are looking pretty cool too! Enjoy…

    • Thank you. It seems like I head out shooting by myself way more often than with someone else. That day was one such day and when I was at that beach, there certainly was a great peaceful feeling in the air. ๐Ÿ˜€
