Now how could I not post some streaking headlights in this theme of “night shots involving lights”? 🙂 I decided to post one which I like (the first) and one Amy liked. 🙂
f/10 | 5 seconds | iso 100 | Canon 24-105mm f/4L IS USM @ 99mm

I decided to process the first with the muted colour technique for which I love doing, it just adds a little…extra something to me. 🙂
…Enjoy

I like the editing of the first image, too. For some reason, unless it’s a night when the ground is wet (which seem to bring out more of the kind of colors I like) I often find myself going this particular route (processing-wise) for certain night shooting exposures. Hope you didn’t get a $124 fine for blocking the intersection, haha! Are you based out of Seattle or were you just in town for shooting?
Hi there, no fine for me that day! I actually timed it with the cross walk, set the shot/focus up prior to walking out…place tripod…click shutter release…grab camera and walk FAST after it’s done! 🙂 I live just north of Seattle in Mt. Vernon but find myself in Seattle weekly, so many cool places to shoot! 🙂
Thanks for stopping by and commenting, hope to see you around again.
