While browsing through my shots from Northern State the other day, I ran across this image where I just loved the textures on the wall and hey, I haven’t done a Textured Thursday post in what seems like years! While processing, the wall immediately to the left of the old power outlet looks like it’s raised, as if the plaster was put around a round object (like a pipe) which casts the small shadow. There is no pipe, it’s a flat wall, just an illusion…but a pretty cool one (the shadow is from the window)! 😀
…Enjoy!

Nice, and I love that illusion as well – it sure looked like a raised area to me.
Definitely nice texture and nice job on the shadow/ contrast too! Have a great day, Ron.
David, I’m nominating you for the Inspirational Blog Award. Feel free to not “participate” if you don’t have time. I just love your blog and your photos.
Thank you so very much for the nomination Jeff, it’s greatly appreciated!!
We had a texture challenge not too long ago. It was really cool to see what everyone came up with. LOVE this.
I’ll have to go check it out (I’ll be able to find it on you site I hope)! Thanks for stopping by Angelia. 😀
Great. Hits me… Thanks and Love, nia
