Into The Fog

f/6.3 | 1/125 | iso 500 | Canon 2x EF Extender II | Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM II @ 140mm

Kaylea and I were out and about last weekend trying to find some eagles to capture and at one place where we parked, I turned around and saw this! While the colour version draws the attention to the fog, I actually prefer the B&W version (shocker I know). Looks like the upload lost some quality, interesting.

Hmmm, what are your thoughts about B&W vs. Colour?

…Enjoy!

  1. I’ll be the lone dissenter. Normally, I prefer B&W, but I like the green of the grass in the color shot. In fact, it has the illusion of drifting from color to black & white as it moves up.

  2. I surprise myself, I normally go for colour every time but in this instance the black and white shot stands out more for me. I agree with bonniegunkel that it make the photograph more mysterious.
