About the processing. Did the normal junk, then added a channel mixer layer. Clicked monotone within the channel mixer, tweeked till I liked then lowered the opacity of the layer to allow the colours to be muted. Added a texture layer, masked it then removed the texture from Caits face/hands. I decided to add a top/bottom border which looked really nice on the image but after seeing the preview on the blog…meh, oh well. 😀

Looks like she has a serious text on her hands :). I’ve got three girls, all of which will be teenagers at the same time at some point. I hope the “future” is never here. I really like the quiet toning on this one.
