Another Dimension

You’re traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind; a journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That’s the signpost up ahead β€” your next stop, the Twilight Zone.
β€”Rod Serling

As I was playing around with this image last night, all I kept thinking about was The Twilight Zone, I mean come on, can’t you just see this as the opening shot with some funky person/creature slowing emerging from the calm water? Oh well, now you know what I was aiming for in this image. Enjoy…

  1. I’m having my first look at your photos (your site came up on a casual search for new posts); I really like this one, and I’m looking forward to looking deeper. Nice work. Isn’t HDR intrigueing?!

    • Thank you for stopping by and commenting (not to mention thanx for the compliment)! I have just started doing HDR work about a month ago, still practicing but have really enjoyed figuring it out! Hope to see you around some, I will be visiting your place soon. πŸ˜€

  2. Awesome buddy. That is one of the entrance to the Twillight Zone…
The light, the atmosphere…you did really a great job. I like the reflection of the clouds in the water…..

    Perfect Photo….5 Stars

  3. I’ve never seen The Twilight Zone–but this picture sure fits the title alone. There’s just so much ‘atmosphere’ to it–the foreboding cloudcover looming over the lake; and all the prickly driftwood washed up on shore–like a barbed wire barricade–it’s kind of spooky and calming at the same time.

Beautiful lighting in this one–very captivating.
