Lol… I totally understand your excitement. I felt the same way when I’ve finally captured a bumble bee shot; after chasing them all summer and getting stung.

I think this coming summer, I will go out of my way to capture more bird shots. There’s just something about them I love, perhaps the grace (most of the time), the way the wings look…hard to say but…here’s to next summer!!
Good shot. I like photographing birds in flight, but they don’t make it easy.
