So this year I decided to capture other folks with cameras! As you can see, there was some pretty nice glass out there and ya have to love that Louie is using a Hasselblad (the last image)! I had met him earlier that day through a mutual friend (he’s visiting Seattle) and he decided to only shoot with film while here. Awesome if ya ask me. 🙂
About the processing. I know this “look” isn’t something I normally do but I was playing around with Nik Collection’s Analog Efex Pro2 plugin (camera 6 setting). I’ve never played with Analog Efex before and have to admit, it’s pretty cool.
As you can tell, I was shooting with the Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM II for most of the day. I did switch with the Canon 50mm f/1.2L USM for a little while but mostly stuck with the White Whale (as I like to call it). Ahhh, my two most fav lenses (well, right now anyway).
So what’s your fav image? I think mine is either the first (and not just because they are my friends), the one with the blue hair (and not because she’s shooting with canon and has awesome hair) or Louie’s image. Okay…I just looked at them again and think I like Louie’s the best (I really shouldn’t write my posts late at night…am I rambling again?). 😉
…Enjoy!

I love this set of pictures! Good stuff 🙂
Thank you very much Rob, really glad you like them!
I totally love your sneaky candid shot of me, Eddie and Zoe at the skatepark!!! And the on of Louie and his Hasselblad is genius! I can’t wait to go and shoot with you again! ❤
Thanks Donna, really glad you like the images and I had a blast with you (and can’t wait for our next adventure!). 🙂
Having a hard time between the first image and the image of the girl with the blue hair :-). I am a fan of the way these images are processed!
Thanks, glad you like the processing (will probably use it later I am sure)! Have a great weekend.
Original post!
My fave is Louis’ photo.
Great minds think alike, thanks for stopping by and commenting!
