We have a ton of Ferries here in Washington State and I realised I really haven’t captured that many! The ferry in this image is rather small but hey, it’s still in there and so…it counts! And really, the clouds are what really drew me to release the shutter (truth be told)! 🙂

About post processing. As you can tell, I turned it into a black and white (sorry dad) as the colour version was really boring. I added a vignette (the darkening around the edges) as I loved how it (and the clouds) “helped” me sink into the middle of the image! I also lightened the image as an afterthought and then discarded the changes as it removed some of the “feel”. Hmmm, well, hope you enjoy!
