While in California, we stopped off at Santa Cruz with one thing in mind…checking out the surfers just off the Santa Cruz Surfer Museum. Often you will be able to see them jump off the cliffs into the water (and hey, if you can’t well…just come back here to check it out again)!

Was a pretty cool time (for me, I think Amy was perhaps a tad bored), saw some pretty cool rides, some crazy wipe outs…it was a great day!

I had the chance to stop at Santa Cruz two years ago while I was visiting California with some friends, lovely town! You took great shots, I like the second a lot!
Love the water colour, and the frozen spray.
All I can think of when I look at this first shot is getting slammed in the face with the board! I would have loved to have watched these guys/gals.
Wonderful captures, David!
Great action shots!
