f/32 | 2 seconds | iso 50 | Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM II @ 80mm
I took this while visiting my sister in Calgary and on this day, I didn’t bring my ND filters so had to crank the F/stop and lower the ISO to be able to get a 2 second shot during the day! Lucky for me this part of the waterfall was in the shade so that helped a tad! 🙂 Had a great day with my sister, only wish her and her family lived a little closer…love ya sis!!
…Enjoy!

Rather poignant to have a waterfall shot from Calgary at this time. I hope your sister lives on high ground.
It also helps that your camera will go to ISO50, and the lens to f32. A couple of extra stops there than I can get out of most of my gear!
I keep saying I’ve got to try this, but I’ve not had the opportunity! This is lovely.
You really should try, it’s additive though (I’ve been really itching to make a day of just heading out to find different waterfalls to capture)! 🙂
We don’t exactly have an abundance of waterfalls in Nevada, sadly.
Beautiful! I love the smoky smoothness. How fun that you got to visit Calagry. Not a bad place to have family, eh?
Nope, not a bad place at all…except I was there during the flooding! lol, still had a great visit with family. 🙂
