This week’s photo challenge over at The Daily Post is: Resolved. From the site:

Resolved. This is that time of year, isn’t it? Full of resolutions and good intentions. I resolved to get in a run on January 1st – this is a photo post-run. Spoiler: it was a good one! Why not share a photo which represents one of your New Year’s resolutions? If you don’t make them, what about sharing a photo which represents something you’d like to get better at in photography this year?

Share a picture which means RESOLVED to you!

I opted for the second choice, sharing a photo which represents something I would like to get better at in photography…portraits! Yup, I want to do more portraits in 2013 especially with off-camera lighting such as this one. Meet Zach, one of my nephews. They all came to visit recently and Zach brought up his Dress Uniform so we could go on a photo shoot. Now, it was rather cold that day and all he had was his uniform…needless to say, it was a quick shoot! 😀 Looking forward to spring for a longer shoot Zach.

…Enjoy!
