And His…Driver!

Okay, so the title of this post was inspired by title of one of the books (The Horse And His Boy) in The Chronicles of Narnia series, my favorite book series as a child. I originally thought of calling this post “No Touch” as the sign on the horse says but, as I was getting ready to post, this title just seemed to fit!
Images were taken over the weekend in Seattle, a horse, carriage and the driver…to be honest, the horse was just begging to be photographed! 😉
…Enjoy!

I love this! Those images are very sharp. And, like others, I really want to ignore that “No Touch” sign! 🙂
I wanted to just to be me, but decided against it! 😉 Thank you for the comment Jeff!
Looks like the driver was not begging to have his picture taken. I think he needs a pipe in that hand – maybe he is a reformed smoker and not happy about it. Lovely details.
Almost looks like he’s saying “…come here punk…” I actually think he’s holding his wallet and just happened to move his finger! lol 😀
Beautiful shots – of both. Just want to reach out and pat that horse.
Thank you very much for visiting and for the comment, glad you like the image!
Wow – what a powerful set of black and white images. I especially like how you’ve captured the expression of the driver… and your shallow depth of field is stunning, as always. Many compliments, David!
Thank you very much Martina, I rather like the image of the driver over the horse, but the horse certainly adds to the story!
Fantastic black and white images! The portrait shot photo # 2….. WOW!
Wow, thanx for the great comment! 😀
Well done, David. That’s one beautiful horse.
Thank you Gracie, glad you like!
He is gorgeous!
Ahhh, the horse or the driver? 😛 As always, thanx for the visit and for the comment, greatly appreciated!
