Earlier this year I posted a shot of some >>charcoal<< we were using for a BBQ, well that was the last time we used briquettes as you can see in this image, we moved over to “lump” charcoal. Is there a difference in taste you might ask? Well, we think there is and will continue to use the lump charcoal. 😀
