love the low lighting and negative space here. Just the right amount of light on his hands. Inspiring portrait.

This is terrific in all the ways other people have commented. And, its nice that Devon is sitting for you, bored or not. I don’t get that kind of cooperation from my kids.

Thank you very much Lionel, I am glad you like it! Something I notice a lot of folks doing is this…not paying attention to what’s going on around them…now why did I say that? When I was getting a different shot set up, I kept watching Devon as I really liked where he was sitting and when he made that pose, I asked him to freeze! The pose/shot wasn’t actually “in the books” for that night (personally, I think it’s his “dad…I am bored” look) but it’s perhaps the one I like the most!
