I miss you buddy…
My condolences David. We just lost our Terra a few weeks ago. The second cat this year. If our Rumtum passes, that will make three. I hope the pain eases and replaced with nothing but the greatest memories. Especially through your photographs.
Lionel, I am so sorry to hear about your loss, I hope Rumtum is doing well. We are progressing, Cait is a trooper and to be honest, am always amazed at how well balanced our kids are (OR…I would like to think they are)! 😀
My condolences on your loss. Jasper appeared to be a beautiful, loving and very regal kitty.
Thank you very much, he really was an awesome cat.
So sad to hear that, David. Such an elegant cat. I always remind myself at times like this to remember the days they didn’t die. I have a black cat that is identical to Jasper (except a bit rounder) and she is approaching 12, and her sister cat that is b&w (of which we just dodged a kidney problem with her). I can imagine how much this stings.
Thank you Brandon, Jasper is certainly an awesome cat and we will miss him terribly. Again, thank you for your comment Brandon.
What a beautiful kitty, I’m sorry for your loss.
Thank you very much Taylor.
May Jasper rest in peace! with metta
Thank you for your comment, it’s greatly appreciated!
Amazing. Thank you dear David, love, nia
I am sorry to hear this dear David, I just excitedly looked at the photograph but now I read… sorry. I know what means, a few years ago I lost my cat too. My heart with you all dear David, love, nia
How terribly sad and I know all too well how much pet’s mean, David. They are much loved members of the family… my daughter (she is grown up in her own house) lost her 2 cats in quick succession; one run over and the other simply disappeared (though came back for one day but didn’t want to stay he was well fed and obviously has another home he prefers! )
She has just taken on 2 18 month old male brother cats from an animal rescue centre and they are just lovely..
They believe his kidneys failed after a procedure, it’s only been a day but it’s been a day full of tears. Sigh, thank you very much for the comment Helen, it’s greatly appreciated.
Once again, I should say dear David I am so sad to hear this. I know what means for you all. I was so sad when I lost my cat too. My thoughts with you all, love, nia
Thank you very much Nia, your thoughts are greatly appreciated!
This photo is lovely, by the way, but “liking” this post doesn’t seem right some how.
I totally understand about liking the photo being…wrong.
You know, having thought more about it…it’s okay to “like” the image…we need to celebrate his life with us and remember the great things! 😀
I am sorry dear David, yesterday to be honest, without reading you, I made liking the photo and then I read and I felt so bad myself. I am not a person like to do this wrong. BUT it happened because of my hurry… Please forgive me, how sad I am for your cat. Love, nia
Absolutely no worries Nia, really, all is good! I totally understand and really, it’s okay. Thank you for you comments and concerns Nia, it’s always always appreciated!
My condolences. It is so hard to lose a family member. It’s been a year since we lost our dear Daisy and Missy and I still miss them.
It really is hard, this is our “first” loss with the kids and it’s really taken a toll on Cait. Jasper loved Cait like there was no tomorrow (and like wise with Cait to Jasper). Thank you for your comment.
