  1. Nice shot David, terrific lighting. I am thinking you must have your coffee really black and thick in a mug like this.
    Also, just noticed your camera upgrade in the tag line. Congrats! And, Happy Canada Day, even expats get to celebrate you know.

  3. I just laughed and laughed. I simply LOVE the way you’ve used the lighting as part of the composition, how the black and white rings extend outside the cup with the shadows and light. You’re brilliant!

  4. The lines on the coffee cup are so clean and the fade on the spotlight is so even that this almost looks like a CG image. It’s awesome how you’re able to take ordinary objects and turn them into art. (This is Dan, btw…) :o)
