A great portrait, well done. (Since you mentioned above intending to do a series of portraits of homeless people, you might be interested in this project: http://thomashawk.com/2008/06/introducing-christopher-and-start-of-my.html )
Thank you JP! I checked out his site as well as Flickr and have joined his group (waiting for image approvals). 🙂
A truly stunning portrait, David. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. And what a fantastic project…I can’t wait to see what else you come up with!
Wow, thank you very much Caryn! 😀

Her face tells such a story. Such kindness waiting to be given.
Thank you Bonnie, hope all has been well.
This is really lovely. I see resignation and hope coexisting in there.

Stunning portrait, Dave. So much personality and emotion is captured here. Also, very cool project idea.

Thank you Lilian for stopping by and commenting. Hope you enjoyed your visit and to see you around again. 😀
Well done David on this character portrait.
Lots of expression in her face and I really like the monochrome conversion.
Thank you Sasi.
Thank you for your comment Cocomino. I have started a 100 strangers project where the photographer asks 100 strangers if he/she can take their photo.
My twist is that I would like them all to be homeless. I haven’t decided yet if I will start a new blog or add them here, either way, I will add something to this blog letting people know.
BTW, the image in the lightbox certainly looks better than the one in this post! 😀
Very interesting challenge. There are also many homeless in Tokyo than you expected.I can’t understand the reason accurately.
